AGI SPORT set for UAE F4 Trophy Series Return
AGI Sport is set to take its Formula 4 program international once again, confirming its entry in the upcoming UAE F4 Trophy Series. The team will field multiple cars across the three-round series, marking an exciting end to the 2025 season.
The UAE Trophy Series provides a unique opportunity for emerging talent to gain valuable experience on world-class circuits, including Yas Marina and Dubai Autodrome. With the final round held as a support event to the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the series attracts global attention from teams, scouts, and talent programs.

“The team’s participation in the UAE Trophy Series is about giving our young drivers seat time on FIA Grade 1 circuits while allowing them to showcase their talent on a much larger stage,” said Race Team Coordinator Dimi Katsidis. “It is year-round learning with our engineers, clear targets for improvement, and a chance to perform on an international stage, including the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend. The conditions are different, the standards are high, and that is exactly what we want. We are ready to roll up our sleeves, represent Australia well, and help our drivers take the next step overseas” Katsidis said.

AGI Sport has established itself as a leading Formula 4 team in the Asia Pacific region, fielding both Gen 1 and Gen 2 cars in the re-launched Australian Formula 4 Championship (AU4 Championship). Continuing their UAE F4 program allows the team to offer year-round racing and seamless development opportunities for its drivers.

The team’s participation will also strengthen its ties with global motorsport networks and provide a new platform for Australian and New Zealand drivers looking to take their next step in open-wheel racing.
Preparation for the series is well underway, with AGI Sport’s Gen2 F4 cars and crew set to arrive in the Middle East in late November ahead of the opening round at Dubai Autodrome.
Further details, including the full driver lineup, will be announced in the coming weeks.
